Abbey M. Horwitz is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Court for New Jersey. Valeria A. Kozhich is admitted to practice in New York State and before federal courts in New York for the Eastern and Southern Districts. Ms. Kozhich graduated cum laude with a concentration in International Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006, where she served as Executive Articles Editor on the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law. Ms. Kozhich's article analyzing corporate governance practices in Pakistan, "Corporate Governance in an Emerging Market: A Perspective on Pakistan," was published in the 2006 volume of the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management. Ms. Kozhich received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2003. Ms. Kozhich practices primarily in the areas of real estate, general corporate, wills, trusts and estates, and personal representation. Ms. Kozhich is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York State Bar Association.

Nikila (Niki) Dasarathy is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York. Ms. Dasarathy graduated cum laude with a concentration in International Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Dasarathy served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law and was a member of the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court team. Ms. Dasarathy received her undergraduate degree in journalism and international affairs from the George Washington University in 2004. Prior to joining Holm & O'Hara LLP, Ms. Dasarathy worked in Cambodia at the United Nations war crimes tribunal and at a local human rights non-governmental organization. Ms. Dasarathy practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employee benefits.

Jaclyn K. Reyle is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey. Ms. Reyle graduated from New York Law School in 2010, where she received a public service certificate of recognition for her work in the Manhattan Family Courthouse with the non-profit organization LIFT (Legal Information for Families Today). While in law school, Ms. Reyle was a law clerk for Federal Magistrate Judge Mark Fox of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Ms. Reyle received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Fordham University in 2007, where she studied Economics and was a collegiate scholar of the 2007 International Scholar Laureate Program in Business. Ms. Reyle is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York Women's Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Reyle focuses her practice in the areas of tax law, and wills, trusts, and estates.

Timothy S. Klimpl is admitted to practice in New York State and before the state courts of New York. Mr. Klimpl practices in the areas of ERISA, including tax qualification of entities, the Pension Protection Act, the Affordable Care Act, and other areas impacting employee benefits. Mr. Klimpl graduated from New York Law School in 2009, where he was on the Dean's List and received the Government Fellowship Award and Grand Street Boys Scholarship. Mr. Klimpl received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2006.
