Ms. Kozhich's article analyzing corporate governance practices in Pakistan, "Corporate Governance in an Emerging Market: A Perspective on Pakistan," was published in the 2006 volume of the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management. Ms. Kozhich received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2003. Nikila (Niki) Dasarathy is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York. Prior to joining Holm & O'Hara LLP, Ms. Dasarathy worked in Cambodia at the United Nations war crimes tribunal and at a local human rights non-governmental organization. Jaclyn K. Reyle is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey. Ms. Reyle graduated from New York Law School in 2010, where she received a public service certificate of recognition for her work in the Manhattan Family Courthouse with the non-profit organization LIFT (Legal Information for Families Today). While in law school, Ms. Reyle was a law clerk for Federal Magistrate Judge Mark Fox of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Ms. Reyle received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Fordham University in 2007, where she studied Economics and was a collegiate scholar of the 2007 International Scholar Laureate Program in Business.
